Streaming movies is always safer than downloading and there are a bunch of sites out there that allow you to do this. The one I use is QuickSilverScreen.com. One problem with this site is that there are a lot of dead links sometimes and you might not be able to view the movies. If this site asks you to download anything, DON’T, I wouldn’t trust it.

While streaming is good and all, it is really not downloading and you're stuck with what is available. If you're looking for blu-ray's or just High Definition movies in general, your best bet is to learn how to use torrents. If you know what you're doing and are not afraid of the consequences, then it is the best option.
